New FRIC report: Smouldering fire test methods for thermal insulation
In this FRIC report, fire test methods to document smouldering in thermal insulation are presented. Standardized test methods from Europe, USA and Canada are presented, describing the test principles and assessment criteria.
In addition, a selection of non-standardized experimental methods for smouldering fire documentation used in research and investigations are presented.
